Once again…

…Vic is right. Republican Senate candidate Katherine Harris declares that America is a Christian nation, and that electing non-Christians is “legislating sin”. Naturally, the theo-cons running the Republican party are just lapping it up. To date, no major Republican has made an effort to distance themselves from this theocrat. Nor has any prominent Christian, for that matter.

I get frustrated at other so-called “Christians” when they pull stunts like this; they give the rest of us a bad name. It should also be said outloud that Harris and her ilk do not represent the majority of Christians.

Perhaps not, Jase. However, as I have pointed out many times in the past, the theocratic wing of the Christian religion has seized control of the Republican party and have made many attempts to pass their religious doctrine into law.

The major Republican bloggers have been eerily silent on this.

    Malkin? Quiet.
    The Rottie? Crickets.
    RWR? Nary a peep.

The list goes on and on and on, and the silence is not only deafening; it’s telling. To date, the only Republican-oriented blog I have enocuntered to have said anything is Cox and Forkum.
