Judicial Overreach

A 16-year old Virginian boy has been the target of the Mommy State.  The young man, who has Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, doesn’t wish to undergo chemotherapy to treat his disease, but some overzealous CPS thugs and an anti-liberty judge have decided to force the young man to receive a treatment he does not wish.

Normally, I think I’m pretty good at fisking things like this, but after seeing Misha’s post on the matter, anything I say would be redundant.
