Hopping into the Way-Back Machine
The year is 1994.
North Korea is making noises about attacking it’s southern neighbor again, and this time, they’re claiming that they’re developing nukes.
Enter Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter. In exchange for fuel and a light-water nuclear reactor, North Korea promises to halt its nuclear program.
In 2002, North Korea admits that it did not uphold its end of the agreement and had kept working on nuclear technology.
One would think people would learn from history, but I appear to be mistaken in this regard. Bush, along with the Neville Chamberlains of the EU are offering to make the same deal with Iran that Clinton and Carter made with North Korea.
My patience with El Presidente has reached its end. This farce must stop. You can now count my voice among who support impeachment.
